Abstract

People started to understand that they shouldn’t accept every aspect of ‘privatisation’ and shouldn’t believe in ‘famous name’ known at the international scale, without put them in a verification process. In the garment industry, for example, have appeared some suspicions, in fabrics with unions, as we shall see in the shown material. Information meetings, or meetings with workers and their liders, trade unions, employees’ families, all can offer suggestions for future actions. Employees can speak persuasively about insurance of product, his quality, right price, places and working conditions, of life, aspects in connection with respect of human rights, professional training, equal opportunities, health and a secure place of work, efforts for a healthy environment.
